Keep your password confidential. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

For account verification, xo99 may request a national ID, passport, or other identification documents at any time. This is part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is mandatory under the terms of our international gaming license. Failure to complete verification may result in payments being placed on hold.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

If a deposit fails for any reason, the funds will be returned within 24 hours. If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, xo99 reserves the right to place it on hold and may notify the relevant authorities.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, though a cash-out option may be available under certain conditions.
If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
Bets that are incomplete due to technical issues will be settled at xo99's discretion.
Bets confirmed before any odds change will be settled at the original odds.
Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed on the platform.
All casino games use third-party audited RNG — results are entirely random.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and is available once per account.
Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Xo99's Terms & Conditions strictly prohibit the following activities. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

Creating more than one account per person (multi-accounting).
Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
Accessing another member's account or attempting to hack the platform.
Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
Using multiple accounts or identities to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to the platform's systems or software.
Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior toward other members.

Users may request account closure at any time through the support team. Any valid balance will be eligible for withdrawal before closure, unless forfeiture applies due to fraudulent activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

Xo99 always strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, xo99 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment gateway.

Xo99's maximum liability shall not exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question under any circumstances.
